Blue Chi Energy depicts a world where man protects and conserves Mother Nature, especially the bodies of water like the ocean where we can find a diverse species of fishes and aquatic animals. The ocean emits "Chi Energy" which calms and soothes the senses and heals humanity. Let us inspire the young generation to protect our environment for a brighter future like the olden days when we still can see lesser pollution and destruction of our natural resources.

The 21st BIEAF 2024 "Old Future" is another wonderful endeavor which showcases the artistic perspectives of creatives across the globe through their art works. This is a brilliant display of art which is beneficial to humanity because it brings awareness to the protection and conservation of the environment which will inspire the young generation.

"Elizabeth Esguerra Castillo is a multi-awarded International Author/Journalist/Poet and Visual Artist from the Philippines. Her artworks have already graced several local and international art exhibitions across the globe some of which were held in the USA, India, London, South Korea, Argentina, Hungary, Mexico, etc. and has garnered several international art awards in India, Argentina, and South Korea. She considers herself as an Intuitive Artist as she gets inspiration from images that come to her mind and straight out of her dreams. Gustav Klimt, Vincent Van Gogh, and Frida Kahlo are her art influences but she also does experimental art from time to time. Some of her works depict the harsh effects of global warming wherein she utilizes recycled materials. She is a member of ARTipolo Group and FIAG Fantapia International Art Group based in South Korea. Ayoub El Mouden is passionate about Moroccan heritage

August 11, 2021 Kingdom of Morocco

A celebration of prose, affiliations, and dreams that are sometimes mythical, and close to nature at other times, the works of the young painter Ayoub Al-Moudin assert themselves and are confirmed in the pictorial world of this self-educated person who lives and works in Casablanca, where there is located, brutality, friendships, stars, and the imprints of Moroccan culture. However, he continues his discoveries made of shifts, shocks and flares as the webs of his vast network settle.

Kindness and trust are common to Job, they are easily detected and combined with intelligence.

Interior, with the lights and dazzle that he displays in his work, there is no doubt that this portends a completely unique and personal vision, and not just accidents. It is about highlighting the Moroccan intangible heritage in all its splendor and protecting Moroccan culture, in its broadest sense, from the age of loss and oblivion because, otherwise, according to the artist. We are all, Moroccans and citizens of the world, who will lose everything by seeing them staring at the “harbi”, “palaces”, “minarets”, “fountains”. Al-Rahat... in the face of the erosion of time, they believe that their sustainability is threatened by the challenges of urbanization and buoyancy on the one hand, and the transformation that society is experiencing. Moroccan, on the other hand, it is urgent now to raise the level of awareness among citizens and decision-makers about the threats to this heritage and to work to re-appreciate these foundational elements of Moroccan culture. It is a priority for the country’s identity, but it is also a great opportunity that presents itself. This is the message that Ayoub Al-Moudin wants to convey through his various pictorial works, such as The Magician. This winner of the Best Young Arab Artist Award in the New Realism section, which was recently held in London, creates compositions that are often stunning and rich in poetry, but they are always captivating. He appears with this series as an artist who enjoys With drawing, as is evident from the flows of matter and the changes of rhythm in the gestures: heavy and solemn rhythms, and lyrical and absolute chords like music, he develops variations on a theme. The musical element with its different essence is the tradition.

I did this work in 2021 inspired by the situation we are experiencing in the world due to COVID 19. We had to be confined to protect ourselves from the virus. The whole world was in constant agony watching people die. We had to learn to see life from different perspectives in order to survive. The world closed its doors but our minds remained alert to know how to move forward.

Greetings to all members and the community in culture. BIEAF 2024. I am Elsa Victorios, I was born in Colombia and live in the United States. Since I was very young I studied arts and then I studied Fine Arts in several art schools and at the National University of Colombia. It is an honor for me to be for the second time co-president of this wonderful BIEAF 2024 project thanks to the trust of the director and founder Yousang Lee. I will always invite artists to participate and enrich the artistic culture in Busan. I have also participated as Director and Art Curator in international festivals and as jury president in other international events and in museums. I wish you all much success.

Solaris is a homage to the science fiction novel of the same name by Stanislaw Lem, based on the history of a psychologist (George Clooney) sent to investigate the unexplained behavior of key scientists on a space station orbiting the planet Solaris. Once aboard he, too, falls victim to this unique world's mysteries -- as well as to an obsession with someone he thought he had left behind.

Being an artist whose professional expertise is in the fields of Mathematics and Cybernetics is not a common profile. This gives me an unusual perspective when I am proposing and defining my work. My interpretation of the environment is deeply affected by the criteria shaped by my formal education. Abstract art allows me to take a deep look and experiment inside any existing reality. Abstract art is not just a simple instrument to describe what is hidden by the boundaries of life and by the matter surrounding me, but it allows me to recreate those boundaries, through imagination

The proposal by the theme of OLD FUTURE has brought to my attention several projects I have been involved by my imagination. As soon as I received the invitation, I realized I should be part of it.

As the sun sets, two boats are parked on the sandbank. The fishermen are chatting easily. The colorful land makes people feel happy and contented.

Emily Shih is an artist based in Taiwan. She works in acrylic and watercolor. Her works are inspired by nature's beauty. She loves using rich and vivid color on painting. By piling up different shapes of hue blocks, she transforms the realist world into a bright and splendid world of her own. This is how she praises nature, and a way of self-expression.

In prehistoric times, human beings coexisted with animals as a result of a forced relationship, and then transformed them into forces of good and evil. He feared the bad, worshiped the good, and on the other hand, respected the animal by performing religious rituals for both. The concept of the afterlife was formed due to the fear of death, and animals were considered sacred with the belief that they had souls, and were seen as messengers of the Gods and even as God. This sacred relationship between humans and animals has changed and transformed over time, and humans have become the masters of animals and even nature with their ability to think. Especially with technological developments, this relationship has been damaged even more deeply.
Technology while offering unlimited opportunities to people; Growing the fetus without the need for the mother's womb, allowing people to live in the future by freezing them, as well as With the postponement of the time of death and technological advances, human beings have not been able to avoid interfering with themselves, the most intelligent beings of nature. Thus, technology also affects human existence. It has changed its nature and creation, and has become an inevitable indicator that the individual's existence is being taken away with the additions made to the body. While the divinity of technology has enslaved people, with mechanization, the individual has begun to feel loneliness, moving away from the society that has gradually lost his personality. Likewise, all these experiences include his animal, his closest friend with whom he shares the universe. He couldn't help but do it. As long as human beings exist, it seems that they will continue to make animals share their fate.

I created my artwork with mixed technique. It was created by combining large-scale drawing, digital graphics. 3 Dehydrating Trees resisit desolation and reach for the Sky. The sun is a life-giving force at the same time, but the sun is also a destructive power. At the bottom of the picture the protective shield of earthly life, the lines of the magnetic field are visible. The magnetic force lines protect the earth from the devastating, effects of the solar wind. For me it is also a symbolic struggle between life and death. The Trees that pray for life are symbols of life on Earth. We have to protect and love life, thats's what I wanted to express with my graphics.

The painting is grapes from a wine yard and the grapes has different ripeness why they has got so many different colors.

12 Why do I love to paint watercolor? I find it so exciting because you can use a lot of different techniques. How you get the color drain on paper and also how different colors blend together in a way that you not can rule over yourselves makes the pictures not so exact and more live. I often like to use bright colors in my paintings. I will be inspired by anything as I find exciting to paint especially what stands out in color or shape both from the nature and from people that I meet.

I am an instructor in watercolor and have had a lot of exhibitions both in Sweden and in other countries. I have illustrated 3 poetry books.

The artist examines the social class distinction in carnivals, costumes and masks that hide the patient's body, and Japanese kimonos during the plague epidemic in Venice in 1268, and compares historical and mental processes based on the traces of the past.
The artist redesigned the outfit, the mask, the time pendulum and the female body with textures and cracks. He emphasizes the moment and memory by revealing the images he remembers at that moment and deleting the ones he cannot remember."    "Fatih Sungurtekin is a modern artist who has taken part in many national and international exhibitions, questions time and memory with the concept of ""Moment and Memory"" and produces multi-layered works with the overlapping of moments.
Recently, the artist has been examining the relationship between existence and absence through the known and unknown in the context of time and perception.

He says the following about his works : "Painting should take you on an inner, mental, universal and perceptual journey."

There were traces of the past, now it has become new, now what can we leave valuable for the future.

This painting presents a composition with several stylized human figures sketched in a semi-abstract manner. The central figure, the largest, seems to be leaning or bending forward. Primarily blue with touches of red on the hands, its posture suggests intense reflection, though it is unclear whether the figure is contemplating the past or projecting into the future. This massive figure dominates the visual space, creating a strong focal point in the composition.

The figure on the left, with red, blue, and beige colors, appears to be in motion or in a dynamic pose, with an almost ethereal appearance as if it is fading or blending into the background.

Next to the central figure, there is what looks like a classical column stylized in blue, evoking ruins. On the left side of the painting, we notice the presence of a blue silhouette and another in red and beige that could resemble a sculpture. In this work, past and present intertwine, making us escape time to place us in a timeless dimension.

Fedia Lahmar, born on January 7, 1973, in Paris, is a visual artist specializing in painting, with her promotion occurring in 1995. She is currently a doctoral researcher in art techniques and mediation. Lahmar also serves as an assistant at the National School of Architecture and Urbanism of Tunis. Since 2001, she has regularly participated in collective exhibitions, including annual exhibitions of the Union of Plastic Artists, the Tunisian Federation of Plastic Artists, and various group exhibitions. She has held two solo exhibitions. Her research covers several themes, with a particular focus on the polysemy of portraiture. This topic is explored through various means, such as personal objects and clothing pieces as expressions of the portrait.

The future is the time after the past and present. We all are looking forward for bright and convenient future, but should look back too what we have left behind. In this materialistic world we are chasing with machine and slowly loosing the connection with nature. No doubt we are so intelligent creatures in this world but to solving one problem, create hundreds. We all wants peace but preparing for the war. How it is possible simultaneously?Through this painting I want to show the balance of life. The balance between ups and downs, lights and shades, thoughts and expressions. The balance among nature, human and machine. Nothing is permanent and have to look backward for the betterment of our future.

Behind the shadows” is a digital art  made on 24 by 36 inches canvas size which can be expandable and printed on any medium. Here the reference of this artwork is related to the shadows  of people who are just running in life. These shadows of people may collectively appear in dreams and its idea symbolises the consciousness of a human mind who is struggling inside as well as outside the world. Its a projection making factor and  can be quite relatable to “old future” where in the past you had a thought something would happen in the future beyond that thought, but now, that event is also in the past. And thinking the same these shadows are just juggling and running in the present life for a better future.

A self-taught artist since school. Passion, perception, and practice have been three foundational elements of my learning curve. I have admired art as a magical tool that allows one to fill colours in life. I find the art creation process very relaxing and therapeutic. As an artist, I am an explorer and love to practice new painting techniques and forms. I am a global artist specialised in digital art. Since childhood, the journey from canvas to digital art has been exciting and rewarding. I put a lot of emphasis on understanding customer requirements and creating suitable artwork. I run my art business through my studio named Dsplashes, where we offer exclusive artworks to decorate the living spaces.

Let all the sorrows and thoughts pass through your mind, neither suppress them nor judge them, just let them pass, because when you don't suppress them or judge them, they will pass anyway! Just like when our was a kid! Clouds represent subconscious memories and negatives passing through the mind, as we allow them to come and pass, like an endless sky, we realize that what is real, what is unchangeable, what is always there, is our own essence.

When I heard the name ""Old Future"", many topics came to life in my mind and heart with an exciting feeling, just like our childhood memories are filled with openness, acceptance and joy to life back then. For this reason, as an artist who works on the subconscious in his life and tries to reach a pure consciousness and essence, I work to ""not leave my subconscious garbage to history"", first for myself and then for my environment, a better art, a consciousness with clean energy and a heart with endless love, I believe in its benefits. The idea of this exhibition reminds me of the enthusiasm of the idea of reviving that beautiful future in our past dreams.

Now, as an artist who has been selected by you to the ""World Artist 10 List"" at BIEAF2023, I believe that we will meet with even better works and exhibitions. My congratulations and thanks for this beautiful festival. Sincerly

Vulcano"" is a powerful work of art made in acrylic, which captures the essence of the rapid and profound changes in our society through the metaphor of a volcanic eruption. In the work, the vibrant colors and dynamic textures represent the strength and intensity with which these changes impact our lives. It symbolizes the energy and dynamism of social transformation, while the deep, dark tones in the background suggest the uncertainty and chaos that often accompany these processes. The fast, fluid brush strokes evoke the feeling of constant movement, reflecting how everything seems to be going at breakneck speed.

The abstract elements and organic forms within the composition suggest the unpredictable and sometimes destructive nature of change, similar to the way a volcanic eruption can abruptly and irreversibly reshape the landscape. However, there is also an intrinsic beauty in transformation, a promise of renewal and creation that emerges from chaos. Altogether, ""Vulcano"" is an evocative visual reflection on the speed and depth of change in our society, reminding us of both the challenges and opportunities they bring.""Graciela Echague is an artist and journalist with an outstanding career in the field of visual arts and production. She is known for her participation in various exhibitions and international art events, such as the ""Fort Lauderdale International Art 2023"" and the BIEAF 2023. In addition, Graciela has worked as a producer on film projects, including the documentary ""Cuba…how beautiful is Cuba? Confessions of a Fearless Cuban"", which explores contemporary Cuban reality through theater, storytelling and animation His work is characterized by a deep reflection on identity and social changes, using a variety of media and styles to communicate his ideas and experiences."www.gracielaechague.comYesYesYes"I found the ""BIEAF Old Future"" exhibition to be a deeply reflective and stimulating experience. The way he fuses the past and the future through contemporary art is fascinating. The works on display use a variety of media and techniques to illustrate how the past informs the future, creating a constant dialogue between tradition and innovation. One of the highlights is how the exhibition addresses transformation and the impact of rapid changes in our society. Through provocative installations, the tensions and synergies between different eras are explored, inviting the viewer to reconsider their perceptions of time and progress. The mix of nostalgic and futuristic elements effectively captures the changing dynamics of our cultural and social identity.
