World artists selected
Dear my friends and artists We announce the selection of BIEAF2024 World Artists. BIEAF's steering committee examined various writings, drawings, and social media activities submitted by artists over the past month. As a result, 60 artists were chosen. The initial plan was to select 50 artists, but there were 10 more. It was because there were so many great and wonderful artists. The content was excellent and the process was fair. We are honored to announce the news today as 2024 draws to a close and wish you all a wonderful 2026 year.

The BIEAF Steering Committee announced the BIEAF2024 contestants on August 31, 2024. A total of 390 artists were selected from 65 countries.
The online exhibition will be held from Sept. 10, 2024, to Feb. 28, 2025. During this period, offline exhibitions were held at various galleries, including BEXCO in Busan and the Busan Metropolitan City Hall Exhibition Hall.
The BIEAF Steering Committee selected 60 world artists out of 390 participants on Dec. 30, 2024. They reviewed artists' works, activities, and writings presented on their websites for a month, and selected 60 artists in a fair and transparent manner.
Now, the final 10 world artists will be selected from 60 artists. Anyone can participate in the process. Look at the picture below and cheer for the artist you like. Also, judges with professional knowledge selected by the committee will judge the artist's work. The final 10 artists will be born in February with 40 percent participation by the general public and 60 percent by professional judges.
Their works will be specially displayed and awarded at the BIEAF2024 World Artist Exhibition in Busan, South Korea, from Feb. 24-28, 2025. The BIEAF committee looks forward to your interest and voting for the artist.

Top 10 World Artist
The BIEAF Steering Committee finally selected 10 world artists who participated in BIEAF2023 'Change To ECO', in which 225 people from 50 countries participated. In November 2023, 50 people were selected, and this time, 10 people were finally selected. This was a very difficult task. The 50 artists selected in November last year submitted new evaluation data and announced the evaluation method on their website.
Eight judges evaluated it for fair and honorable selection. They selected the artists by summing up evaluation items such as formability, creativity, data verification, and artistic activities based on the basic data of the artists' homepages, SNS activities, and explanations.
For objective evaluation, the evaluation of visitors was also summed up. The evaluation period was from January 1 to January 20, 2024. The final 10 artists were selected by summing up the evaluations of the judges and visitors.
The committee sends a congratulatory message to the 10 honored artists.
