The Three Keepers of Ember Vale
Oil Canvas 32 X 40” 2026
🔹In the frozen silence of Ember Vale, where winter had long overstayed itswelcome, three sisters were born with gifts that seemed too different to everbelong together. One carried fire, fierce and untamed. One held water, calmyet quietly powerful. One belonged to the wind, restless and impossible tocontain. For years, their gifts were a recipe for disaster. Fire fought wind. Watersilenced fire. Even they began to believe they were worlds apart. But when theancient hearth that kept the valley alive began to fade, the truth finally cameto light. What threatened to divide them was, in fact, what the valley needed most.Fire alone could not survive. Water alone could not restore. Wind alone couldnot carry warmth. But together, they relit the dying hearth and gave life backto a land on its last legs.Perhaps that is how life often works. What seems at odds is not always meantto clash. Sometimes, it is meant to complete. In the end, the sisters learnt what many spend a lifetime missing…strength isnot always found in sameness. Sometimes, it is found in the courage to standside by side, even when nature itself says otherwise.

The Sun and the Boy
Every morning, before the town had properly opened its eyes, a boy named Elias would climb the hill behind his house. He carried no phone, no notebook, no grand plan for the day. Just a quiet curiosity and a habit of watching the sunrise as if it were a conversation meant only for him.
The people in the village thought it was strange.
“Why wake up so early just to stare at the sky?” the baker once asked him.
Elias only smiled. He did not know how to explain that the sunrise never looked the same twice. Some mornings the sky arrived softly, painted in pale gold and silver. Other days it burst open in fierce orange fire, as though the heavens themselves had something urgent to say.
But one morning was different.
The clouds were thick and dark, stretched across the horizon like heavy curtains. Elias waited anyway. Minutes passed. Nothing happened. No warm light. No glowing edge peeking through the hills.
For the first time, he felt disappointed.
“Maybe the sun has given up today,” he muttered.
And then, as if the world had heard him, a narrow beam of light pierced through the clouds. Just one. Thin, bright, and impossibly strong. It touched the grass near his feet, turning the morning dew into tiny diamonds.
Elias stared at it in silence.
The sun had not disappeared. It had simply been hidden.
That thought followed him throughout the day.
At school, he noticed the quiet girl who always sat alone drawing in the corners of her notebook. He noticed the old fisherman whose hands trembled when he carried baskets to the harbor. He noticed his own father smiling at dinner despite looking exhausted from work.
Everyone, Elias realized, carried clouds.
Some people hid sadness. Some hid fear. Some hid dreams they were too afraid to speak aloud. But behind every shadow, there was still light trying to break through.
The next morning, Elias climbed the hill again.
The sunrise returned in full brilliance, spilling gold across the earth. He smiled, but this time he understood something he had not understood before:
The sun never stops shining.
Sometimes the world simply forgets how to see it.
And maybe people are the same way.

rom Sun to Boy is a contemplative journey that traces the evolution of humanconsciousness—from the cosmic source of creation to the awakening ofartistic expression. The series is founded on the idea that the Sun is thegenesis of the universe, the eternal origin of light, energy, time, and life itself.Every living form emerges from its radiance, yet among all beings, humanitypossesses a singular gift: the ability to transform experience into meaningthrough art. The Boy becomes a metaphor for this Artistic Human—a seekerwho observes nature, absorbs its rhythms, and gives them new life throughimagination and creativity.
Nature is not merely the setting of this journey but its silent teacher. Thecycles of sunrise and sunset, the movement of rivers, the changing seasons, the whisper of trees, and the boundless sky become expressions of the samecosmic intelligence that gave birth to life. By living in harmony with nature, theBoy learns to perceive beauty, balance, impermanence, and renewal. Everyelement of the natural world becomes a source of inspiration, remindinghumanity that creativity itself is an extension of nature's own continuous act ofcreation.
The narrative begins with Memoir, where the Sun is presented not as aphysical celestial body but as the universe's primordial memory. Encircled bylayers of luminous textures, the central form embodies the first pulse ofexistence—the source from which energy, consciousness, and imaginationradiate. The work invites viewers to contemplate creation as an eternalcontinuum, where every life and every creative act carries the imprint of thisoriginal light. The Sun becomes both memory and destiny, holding within itthe infinite possibilities of becoming.
The journey continues with Beyond, where the Boy sits in silent contemplationbefore the vast expanse of the Sun. Positioned between earth, water, and sky,he becomes the bridge between the material and the spiritual worlds. Hisquiet gaze is not directed merely toward the landscape but toward themystery of existence itself. The swirling celestial forms suggest the ceaselessmovement of the cosmos, while the stillness of the figure reflects the innerawakening from which all artistic creation begins. Here, the Boy symbolizeshumanity's enduring desire to understand nature not through possession, butthrough observation, reverence, reflection, and creative expression.
The culmination of the series is Congregation, where the solitary journeyexpands into a shared human experience. Beneath a luminous golden sky, countless figures gather in a collective celebration of existence. Eachindividual becomes a bearer of the same creative light inherited from the Sun,suggesting that art is not an isolated pursuit but a universal language thatbinds humanity across cultures, generations, and histories. The multituderepresents civilization itself—shaped by memory, sustained by community, and enriched through collective acts of creativity. Their gathering also reflectshumanity's shared responsibility to protect and nurture the natural world thatcontinues to sustain both life and imagination.
Together, these works propose that the journey from Sun to Boy is the journeyfrom creation to consciousness, from consciousness to creativity, and fromcreativity to culture. Through layered surfaces, luminous textures, andsymbolic imagery, the series reflects the inseparable relationship between thecosmos, nature, and artistic expression. It reminds us that every artist, like theBoy, is ultimately a child of the Sun—carrying within them the first light of theuniverse and the timeless responsibility to transform it into meaning, beauty, hope, and a deeper harmony with the natural world.

Adarsha Ajay

The theme "From Sun To Boy" resonates with me as a reflection on hope, renewal, and our shared responsibility towards the Earth. I see the sun as auniversal source of life that nurtures every living being, regardless of borders, culture, or identity. The phrase reminds me that the future belongs to the nextgeneration, and the choices we make today will shape the world they inherit. As an artist, I believe art has the power to foster empathy, reconnect peoplewith nature, and inspire environmental awareness. Through my work, I explorethe interconnectedness of humans and the natural world, encouragingreflection on coexistence, healing, and collective responsibility. This themealigns closely with my practice and my belief that protecting the Earth beginswith recognising that we are part of nature, not separate from it.Participating in this exhibition would be an opportunity to contribute my voiceto a global dialogue about creating a more compassionate, sustainable, andhopeful future through art.

My Yellow
Mixed media on canvas 50x70cm 2025
My Yellow was created during my time living in the United Kingdom, a periodwhen being away from my homeland led me to reflect deeply on myrelationship with nature and belonging. Although painted far from Kerala, thework carries memories of its landscapes, wildlife, and cultural symbolism, while embracing our shared responsibility to care for the Earth. The painting brings together humans, animals, trees, birds, and insects asequal participants in a living ecosystem. The central figure stands in quietcontemplation, surrounded by nature not as an observer, but as an integralpart of it. Faces emerging from the trees suggest that the Earth holds memoryand spirit, reminding us that all living beings are interconnected. The radiant yellow symbolizes hope, renewal, and the life-giving energy thatsustains us all. Created through the perspective of an artist living betweencultures, My Yellow reflects the belief that care for the Earth transcendsborders, inviting us to imagine a future where humanity and nature coexistwith compassion, respect, and harmony for generations to come.

Born from the visceral immediacy of raw matter and the archival memory ofphysical pigments, this original work undergoes a profound metamorphosisthrough Artificial Intelligence. Out of this collision between tactile humangesture and algorithmic processing, a new vision crystallizes: a child standingbefore the Sun. Much like the digital native generation maturing under theambient glow of screens, the artist's historical pigments are seamlesslyinfused into the digital stream. This piece stands as an eco-artistic meditation—a site where textured impasto and volatile pixels converge to imagine thefuture of form.

Selfportrait
Acrylic on canvas 80x60cm 2025
The work is a profound visual journey into the psyche, where human anatomybecomes the canvas for the inner experience. It is not just a self-portrait, but asymbolic statement about the complexity of the self and the journey of life. The central figure, painted with a modulated use of light and shadow in white, grays, and black, represents the physical self and personal strength. Themuscular and firm back suggests security and the ability to bear the weight ofexperience. It acts as the container, the body that protects and conceals themental and emotional content. The posture, with the back turned, reinforcesthe idea of introspection, inviting the viewer to look inward along with thesubject. The true focus of the work is the cavity that opens in the back, revealing adreamlike and symbolic landscape. The upper part is a dense canopy of dry, intertwined branches, creating a dark tunnel. This entanglement representsdisappointments and fears—experiences that confuse, hinder, and castshadows. It is the struggle, the complexity of thought, and the mental barriersthat must be crossed. The lower path, emerging from the base of the spine, is a staircase or awooden plank path that enters the landscape. This represents the lifetrajectory and successes: each step is a decision, a firm step forward. At the end of the tunnel, an intense white light breaks through forcefully. Thislight is the point of security, the goal, or hope. It is the clarity achieved byovercoming fears, the reward of introspection, and the objective that guidesthrough doubts.Inner life is a constant balance between opposites. I have tried to express ageneral overview of my world, showing that personal strength is not whateliminates problems, but what allows us to carry on the inner journey despitebeing surrounded by shadows and challenges. In essence, the work is areminder that the path to clarity and security inevitably passes through thedarkness of our own fears and disappointments.

It is alwaysabout harmony.Like a tireless traveler, always seeking shelter for his soul, he continues hisjourney with faith in the best, venturing ever farther along the roads of hisimagination.
One Sun • One Earth • One Future For many years, the BIEAF International Eco-Art Festival has brought togetherartists from every continent, creating a unique space where art becomes auniversal language beyond borders, cultures, religions, and languages. Itreminds us that, despite our differences, we share one planet, one future, andone common responsibility. This year's exhibition, "From Sun to Boy," celebrates the enduring connectionbetween nature, humanity, and creativity. The Sun symbolizes the source oflife, energy, and all creation, while the child represents the creative spirit—approaching the world with curiosity, openness, and a sense of wonder. Nature is more than a source of artistic inspiration; it is the foundation of ourexistence and the home we all share. Today, more than ever, humanity is calledto rediscover its place within the living world, recognizing that every tree, every river, every creature, and every human life forms part of one delicate andinterconnected whole. To care for the Earth is to care for ourselves and forgenerations yet to come. Artists have a unique role in this dialogue. Through imagination, beauty, andsymbolism, they reveal the invisible threads that connect people with oneanother and with nature. Every work of art becomes an invitation to reflection, empathy, and mutual understanding. BIEAF is more than an exhibition—it is a meeting of creative minds fromaround the world, where diversity becomes a source of inspiration rather thandivision. Here, art reminds us that every culture enriches our shared humanstory and that creativity has the power to build bridges where wordssometimes cannot. The Earth is not merely an inheritance from the past—it is a precious giftentrusted to our care. Through art, we learn not only to admire its beauty butalso to protect it—for ourselves, for one another, and for every generation yetto come. Though we come from different countries, cultures, and traditions,we are united by one shared responsibility: to preserve the harmony of ourcommon home, so that humanity and nature may continue to flourish togetherin peace, respect, and hope. One Sun. One Earth. One Future.

House of Sunny Mood
Acrylic on canvas 50 x 40 2025
Nestled within the heart of an ancient tree, the house becomes a symbol ofthe enduring harmony between humanity and nature. A weathered staircase, the warm glow of a window, a child's bicycle, and the silent generosity of a ripeapple speak of wonder, belonging, and the quiet wisdom of the living world.Ancient ornamental motifs preserve echoes of time and the invisible bondbetween earth, humanity, and the Universe. Above all, this painting invites usto see the world through the eyes of a child—with wonder, gratitude, and trust—for it is from this inner light that true creativity is born, inspiring us tobecome keepers of nature, guardians of life, and creators of our shared future.

"She is everywhere for everyone, yet nowhere for herself."This painting explores the emotional landscape of the modern woman, whoselife is defined by constant movement, endless responsibilities, and theinvisible weight of expectations. She is expected to succeed professionally, nurture relationships, care for others, remain resilient, and never stop.Beneath these expectations, her own identity slowly begins to disappear. The expressive layers of paint, energetic lines, and chaotic gestures reflect theoverwhelming mental noise of contemporary life. They symbolize unfinishedtasks, emotional burdens, and the relentless pressure to perform. The partiallyconcealed face represents a woman whose true self has become obscuredbeneath the roles she is expected to fulfill.Yet this work is not only about struggle. Hidden within the chaos are momentsof light, colour, and vulnerability—reminders that beneath the demands ofeveryday life remains a human being longing to reconnect with herself. This painting invites viewers to pause and ask a simple but profound question:Where am I within everything I do for others? My intention is not only to portray the complexity of contemporarywomanhood but also to create a space for reflection, healing, and self-recognition. Through expressive abstraction and the fragmented human form,I seek to reveal both the resilience and the quiet fragility that coexist within us.

Herencia Invisible
Arte Digital 5000x5000 Pixel 2026
Invisible Heritage unfolds a rich and harmonious color palette where golds, ochres, and ambers blend with deep blues, violets, and earthy nuances, evoking the subtlety of a digital oil painting crafted with soft, envelopingtransitions. The palette knife technique appears in dense, directional texturesthat shape the surface with dynamism, while layered applications create apalpable sense of materiality. Digital embossing and relief emerge in thecentral lotus, the butterflies, and the human profiles, which seem to rise with asculptural presence, granting tactile depth to the composition. From theluminous heart of the lotus radiates a warm light that expands delicately, unifying each element and guiding the gaze through the cosmic spiral andorganic forms. The interplay of light and shadow is balanced with precision, creating smooth transitions that envelop the scene in a homogeneous, mystical, and contemplative atmosphere, where color, texture, and luminosityintertwine in a poetic dialogue of visual harmony.
